Bu film hakkında

When accidentally destroying his workplace gets successful salesman Teddy (Kevin Hart) fired, he can't find another decent job unless he finally gets his GED. But two major things stand in his way: Carrie (Tiffany Haddish), a teacher with no time for grown-up class clowns, and Stewart (Taran Killam), Teddy's high school nemesis-turned-principal who will do anything to see him fail. Now every school rule is about to be broken when they all go head-to-head in a wild battle of wits, pranks and lessons you can't learn in books. Night School is in session!

The pathetic jokes about race seemed to drag on. And the violence against a black man just because it's by a black woman is still not OK. It wasn't even funny. A lot of cheap shots were taken throughout this film. Cheapening it & making it hard to watch. The stereotyping of the student mother was predictably as anti-family as it could be. While being downright dangerous to expose young impressionable viewers to. Giving a message that she became a slave for leaving school to have her family. Itself an ironically uneducated clinical assessment of her. And verging on criminal fascist propaganda. As well as downright offensive to those who truly do have real problems. There was far too much education equals power & freedom, worshiping. That seemed to be the main mantra spouted throughout, but under the innocent guise of 'aren't second/third/fourth chances great'.

An interesting premise but woefully let down by a poor script and underdeveloped characters. A real shame. Two or three funny scenes cannot save this dire comedy. Fans of Kevin Hart will not be amused. Avoid.

First half of the film is hilarious the second not so much but it keeps a solid storyline
