NIGHTCRAWLER is a thriller set in the nocturnal underbelly of contemporary Los Angeles. Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Lou Bloom, a driven young man desperate for work who discovers the high-speed world of L.A. crime journalism. Finding a group of freelance camera crews who film crashes, fires, murder and other mayhem, Lou muscles into the cut-throat, dangerous realm of night crawling - where each police siren wail equals a possible windfall and victims are converted into dollars and cents. Everything was amazing up until the final scene. The acting for the protagonist was top notch, and the soundtrack really set the mood. The general idea of the movie was one of the more original and creative plots I have seen in any recent movie. However, the ending was incredibly anticlimactic, and while I went in with high expectations, I definitely came out rather unsatisfied.

The starting of the movie is a bit slow but as the movie builds up and the story gets mature it really gets the momentum going I ain't gon' give any spoilers but one thing's for sure Lou Bloom is a sick man and a sociopath too.
