Scott Adkins (Zero Dark Thirty) returns as Casey Bowman, who is now the sensei of a successful dojo, married to the beautiful Namiko (Mika Hijii), and expecting their first baby. But when Casey returns home one day to find someone has brutally killed Namiko and their unborn child, bereft, Casey has only one thing left to live for... Revenge. The only clues to Namiko's killer are the barbed wire marks left around her neck. So, with the help of his trusted friend Nakabara (Kane Kosugi), the trail sends Casey from Osaka to Bangkok to the jungles of Rangoon in search of the assassin. Calificaciones y opiniones

Really admirable skills. Yet one is "pulled out" of the movie experience by obvious mistakes. Some action scenes show huge distance between hand/foot and target. Also inconsistent stamina and speed between fighters who are speed-of-light fast and amateur-slow interchangeably within the same fighting scene.. Acting and plot questionable. In the end this is worth seeing for the occasional impeccable form and skill shown. Otherwise nothing to write home about.
