Shane Dawson directs and stars in this raunchy yet heartfelt coming-of-age comedy from the producer of AMERICAN PIE. Former prom king and college freshman Scott (Dawson) returns home for Thanksgiving break only to be dumped by his eccentric, long-term girlfriend. Yes, I was curious after watching the Chair. I thought it only fair to see both films. And, I'm a fan of some toilet humor. But, this didn't pull together. There was a sweet story in the middle, but it felt forced, as did the jokes. Many like this humor, but did they actually watch it, or just automatically say it was great because they liked his internet stuff? The other film was better, but I wouldn't have watched this without thinking I should look into it bc of the Chair. I was right. :(

First off I find it really offensive that people are rating and commenting on this movie and they haven't even seen it, just because they are fans of Shane Dawson. Apparently this movie was made because of a series called "The Chair", I didn't realize this until after I watched the movie and came across another version of the called " Holidaysburg" directed by some other no name. I think the movie HAD potential to be great if he left out the really crude stuff. Some parts were funny, others you just ask why

Not Cool... that's exactly what its is. It's not popular; although the main story line is cliché (because that's what they had to work with) it doesn't fall in place with the same formula every other romcom has, it's different. The other movie was exactly like every other romcom out there with the right amount of charm, comedy and romance and it was boring. However this one stands out because it was tailored for his fan base, he made it for them and not for movie critics
