The soundtrack is good in the movie, but the film will leave you scratching your head. There's no real growth and scenes are often cut short for no good reason.

I love rock n roll history, especially the 1960s, but walked away from this movie feeling nothing for any of the characters. They were difficult to know because of the pace of the movie and, consequently, hard to empathize with. I turned it off about halfway through and just skimmed to the end.

Enjoy the visual appeal, enjoy the sound track . Don't expect character depth or an urge to watch it a second time.
