The action was fun and I get the big impact that "9/11" had on the USA, but the stupidity of the plot and the wooden characters made it insufferable. The portrayal of the military and secret service was particularly shameful - nobody is that dumb or unprepared. The patriotic schmaltz at the end was way over the top. In summary, it felt like they were trying to make "Die Hard - 9/11", but it just wasn't believable or enjoyable.

Although I found similarities between the above 2 movies and this one, I, still, found it highly enjoyable. Especially as there were no, over the top, rallying patriotic speeches that would warrant an emotionally charged salute from anyone who was listening(ie. INDEPENDENCE DAY- Presidential speech before the air battle).

Maybe some nice action but the plot oh man. sooo freaking cliche! It is always america being targeted by terrorists!! And Rambo with cocky attitude always kills 1000 people and ends up saving the world AND the president walking outside of the whitehouse! Oh and Rambo is in love with a blonde! 20 years time people are going to laugh at fully charged movies like that and see how freaking cheesy hollywood portraited america
