A story of two childhood friends from New York who become wealthy and powerful gangsters during the 1920's. Neither can satisfy his deepest dreams and hungers, and they separate in an explosion of violence which won't come to light for 35 years.

Once Upon A Time In America delievers with beautiful cinematography, powerhouse acting, especially from Deniro, and powerful storytelling. Definitely somewhat a classic, I think it could be a bit better, but it is definitely quite good, and definitely a beautiful film experience, one that sweeps greatly with what it gives.

I've seen this great movie lots of times Great actors ,I m the type of person that roots for the Bad guy and the good guys ,I love it have it on vhs ,now I'm going to see it in HD ,

I felt a longing for life that passed me by. A sad movie to me. What does Noodles have Now? Also the back & forth in time is a little confusing. Overall , though, a Sergio Leone Masterpiece.
