A struggling comedy writer, fresh from breaking up with his boyfriend, moves to Sacramento to help his sick mother (Molly Shannon). Living with his conservative father and younger sisters, David (Jesse Plemons) feels like a stranger in his childhood home. As his mother worsens, he tries to convince everyone (including himself) he’s “doing okay.”

I bet this will EASILY garner a high 3 to 4 star rating.. Thank JEEBUS for Jesse Plemons! Dude.... Add to that Brad Whitford and Molly Shannon ffs its a slamdunk! (ill literally bet the farm this will come up heads site unseen) - ya ok well maybe its an ant farm but Plemons has a brilliant eye for content and wont take a project unless he feels it soo ya .. Taking bets all day

PURE filth, right in the beginning. I had no idea it would be this disgusting!

This will be one of my all time favorite movies!
