When a young boy with a vivid imagination finds a pencil and draws a picture of a rhino on his wall, the last thing he expects is for the rhino to be suddenly standing alive -- and hungry! -- in the middle of his living room. But this is no ordinary pencil, and life in Topper's sleepy seaside village will never be the same now that his friend Otto the Rhino has come to stay!
