Beat Takeshi always makes worthwhile films. This one takes some patience but you do get involved with it. Not for the squeamish.

I look for movies with this actor and out of all I have had the pleasure of watching, this one is very good.

From the graphic violence, to the gripping dialouge. Outrage was a thriller they held on to me and wouldn't let me go till the end.
