Despre acest film

Overboard focuses on “Leonardo”, a selfish, spoiled, rich playboy from Mexico’s richest family and “Kate”, a working class single mom of three hired to clean Leonardo’s luxury yacht. After unjustly firing Kate and refusing to pay her, Leonardo falls overboard when partying too hard and wakes with amnesia. Kate shows up at the hospital and, to get payback, convinces Leonardo he is her husband.

Absolutely nobody does ditzy blonde like Goldie Hawn. And it did take me a while to warm to Eugenio (Leonardo) but I guess that's the idea. This does not take it away from the original, however I love the gender role reversal and the male "taming of the shrew". Great scenes of "workplace bullying", oops I mean male camaraderie. Works as highly entertaining for me. Lots of favourite bits but "be a man, do I need to slap you?" brought me undone! (Mrs B)

A very poor redo. I implore all to watch the original. You will see what I mean. Ps...I think Goldie Hawns daughter Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson would hace made this a remake of a classic
