I loved the original. This remake would have been hilarious, if I hadn't seen the original. I liked how they referenced the original, but at times it came across as a bit campy. I was disappointed that Goldie Hawn and/or Kurt Russell didn't make an appearance. Anna Farris' character was too much like her character from her TV show "Mom."

Not as good as the first in any way. The movie comes with purpose. Some scenes let you know you're foolish and privileged, then others make sure you understand that you're expected to speak Spanish by now. Once you get past annoying stuff like that, it's a cookie cutter romcom that's not terrible. The main guy is fun to watch but a terrible actor.
