As a general rule, I don't like "reality" TV involving kids. Kids do not often understand the consequences of being filmed at a point in their lives. However, I found Overfed and Undernourished really treated the journey of Liam with respect. There was one point in the film when Liam and his Aunt clashed over his eating choices that I found emotionally excruciating for Liam but I recognise that his Aunt's way of handling it came from a place of love. And I think that's why this documentary worked - the love the family had for each other was always evident. Interwoven with the story are informative pieces of information about food. Heartwarming and informative, this movie has had me questioning my own food choices and has inspired me to try harder in eating a lot better.

Full of quackery. There is no such thing as subluxations and there was no need to x-ray this child. Those chemicals are also found in natural foods like apples etc. This whole show is full of misinformation including the etymology of the word nutrition - totally wrong. The chiropractor or 'Wellness Dr' as he charades as, is a total anti vax quack and his approach to weight loss is dangerous especially for children. The father is clueless and could have gone to a dietitian. Milo is not cheap - so his continual bleating about finances is a cover up for his laziness. I had to turn it off half way through when they starting giving does of radiation to a child who didn't need it. Gross movie.

Great movie, should be shown in schools to help kids see a different view point from the not so healthy norm of society.
