Een eeuwenoude ring, die jaren zoek is geweest, wordt gevonden en komt bij toeval terecht bij de kleine Hobbit Frodo. Als de tovenaar Gandalf erachter komt dat deze ring eigenlijk de Ene Ring is waar de slechte Sauron naar op zoek is, gaat Frodo samen met Gandalf, een Dwerg, een Elf, twee Mensen en drie andere Hobbits op een groots avontuur om deze te vernietigen.

Me encanta esta película, lamentablemente se ve en baja calidad y no por la velocidad de mi internet ni aparatos en que la he probado. También en desagrado porque el idioma en español, es el español de España, el que personalmente me da arcadas por los tipos de voces que emplean. Y ya que en esto se publica que aparece español latino, agréguenlo pues finalmente... pagué por ese idioma también.

One of the best movies ever made. Everything just worked out perfectly for pretty much the whole trilogy. Differeces with the books are more ommissions than rewrites, though theres a few & this is far from Unabridged (that would be 35 hours easily). The movies respectful of tolkien- something i dont expect from the coming JJ Abrams TV show. The Lord of the Rings can NOT be improved upon. this is a great film

Google did a solid with this one, got it for free in 2014 and now in 2021, I can watch it in glorious 4K on my RokuTv,(this is in no shape or form a sponsored review, just want to make that clear and point out how they upgraded my file from 1080p back in 2014 to 4K withoutme doing absolutelyanything.) if your internet is good and your TV has 4K+HDR capabilities, this is a no-brainer.
