Born into the gritty life of the Pimp Game, Wednesday (Keke Palmer) grows up following in the footsteps of her dad. With her girlfriend (Haley Ramm) by her side, they struggle to find their way on the mean streets of the Bronx. In a rise and fall of events, Wednesday is forced to choose between money and love.

This movie is terrible. Misogyny on steroids. The fact that this was directed by a woman makes this a case study in internalized hatred. I can't say I'm surprised Lee Daniels executive produced this rubbish. Pimps aren't that cool to begin with. When will Hollywood stop glorifying this dysfunctional lifestyle. Add to that, in this film we watch a black, queer woman perpetuate toxic masculinity and abuse of other women. The film title should be changed to Misogynoir. Look it up.

A lesbian pimp... thats different. movie is raw and original. Held my interest throughout the entire movie. One thing I hated is the blurred background camera view but I guess this is what all movies are doing now.

Are y'all serious when are black people going to stop get tired of Hollywood always making us pimps, hoes, slaves, gang members
