Acerca desta película

In a collection of interviews with some of America’s most provocative black conservative thinkers, Uncle Tom takes a different look at being black in America. Featuring media personalities, civil rights activists, veterans, etc., the film explores their personal journeys of navigating the world as one of America’s most misunderstood political and cultural groups: The American Black Conservative. Uncle Tom examines self-empowerment and rejecting the victim narrative and shows us a different perspective of American History.

the question to Black conservatives is what are you actually conserving? The historical behavior of of called black conservatives is to get low, live a meek ifestyle, follow a european christianized lifestyle that involves to know your place as a black person, never question Christianity, never express in detail the racial past and current racial upheavals, demonize the Democrats and to glorify Republicans who for ever since was for segregation and busing ever since the 1960's.

Larry Elder is influential and inspirational. This movie helps make clear core conservative values, to be the best you can be. You are not a victim, and never look at yourself or situation as such. Hard work, standing for your values, and appreciate the privilege of being part of this great nation. "I prefer to be true to myself, even at the hazard of incurring the ridicule of others, rather than to be false, and to incur my own abhorrence." -Frederick Douglass

Simple fantastic, a wonderful insight view of how we are deceived in to believing and fallowing an ideology of self victimization that has stymied many of us in our character and mental development. This misguided and blatantly incorrect philosophy has left many of us without a solid understanding of the world around us. To know that we're not victims and in this wonderful country the greatest in all history that we have just as many opportunities as enyone else.
