Scary, but not nearly on the same level as the first two, or even first three. This movie is meant to bring closure to the whole franchise, but I'd say that it just made me even more confused. The CGI and the special effects were not at all as well done as the other movies. There was no waiting for the scares, either. The film just jumps right in. Good acting, terrible directing. I give this a thumbs down. It's disappointing on so many levels.

Cool concept but fails to deliver the scares that the first 4 films gave. This movie is just cool to watch but not scary. So if you're looking for a legitimate horror film that will have you covering your eyes, then this won't do it for you and I would recommend watching one of The Conjuring movies. But if you're just looking for an entertaining movie, then watch this.

The tie-in from the other characters was pretty good, but the special effects for "Tobi" were kind of cheesy at times. I think the whole witch thing is kind of played out by the sixth movie and they need to just leave it at that. Unless they come up with some sort of huge blow-your-mind twist, which I personally doubt.
