Ki-Taek's family of four is close, but fully unemployed, with a bleak future ahead of them. The son Ki-Woo is recommended by his friend, a student at a prestigious university, for a well-paid tutoring job, spawning hopes of a regular income. Carrying the expectations of all his family, Ki-Woo heads to the Park family home for an interview. Arriving at the house of Mr. Park, the owner of a global IT firm, Ki-Woo meets Yeon-Kyo, the beautiful young lady of the house. But following this first meeting between the two families, an unstoppable string of mishaps lies in wait.

Hate to rate a movie I haven't seen but I want to warn people of potential issues with the syncing of the audio and subtitles. I spent 20 mins with Google support trying to resolve but they couldn't fix my issue. Subtitles (captions ) are about 5 seconds behind the audio. Will have to rent elsewhere.

The subtitles were perfectly in sync. Everyone saying otherwise just needed to try another device as the issue was not with the movie.

The subtitles syncing with the dialogue is about 4 or 5 seconds behind. Such a shame as I was so looking forward to seeing this, but that technical issue really ruins the experience.
