One long advert in favour of white privileged, rich heteros having perfectly able kids. A portrait of ppl with first world problems making a big deal out of everything. And I'm supposed to believe Steve Martin is 35 in this? Get outta here. Bringing a child into THIS, already overpopulated and dying world is an act of cruelty. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. It's not an achievement, it's not necessary, it is not some guarantee of immortality. There are millions languishing in orphanages and foster care but y'all don't care about them, right? Hypocrites. This movie was so dull, pointless and ridiculous, I started shaving

A film of it's time funny but by today's standards not politically correct although I dont believe it deserves the abuse levelled by some.steve Martin is good but needs to play roles that are age appropriate to him.
