Anne is at a crossroads in her life. Long married to a successful, driven but inattentive movie producer, she unexpectedly finds herself taking a car trip from Cannes to Paris with a business associate of her husband. What should be a seven-hour drive turns into a carefree two-day adventure replete with diversions involving picturesque sights, fine food and wine, humor, wisdom and romance, reawakening Anne's senses and giving her a new lust for life.

I thought I would watch another movie about a sad, middle-aged and neglected wife for the French scenery at least. Sorry to say, not much of that! Just an irritating gigolo (what's French for gigolo?) fleecing this poor woman for all She is worth. Going the full degustation on her husband's credit card, provided a bit of a giggle. Gerard Depardieu would have made it sexier and funny but there is no chemistry here. Not sure what they have going except the credit card. I don't think I watched the end. signed -Mrs Bruce

Possibly worst movie ever......kept waiting for something to happen.....but it never came.

I found this quite boring. Wouldn't bother.
