Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt star in a high-stakes adventure about two passengers, Jim and Aurora, onboard a spaceship transporting them to a new life on another planet.  The trip takes a deadly turn when their hibernation pods mysteriously wake them 90 years before they reach their destination.  As they try to unravel the mystery behind the malfunction, they begin to fall for each other only to discover that the ship itself is in grave danger.  With the lives of 5000 sleeping passengers at stake, only Jim and Aurora can save them all. Deals with great themes​ – solitude and the human need for love and companionship, the choice between a mortal existence full of love, and a lonely virtual immortality​, and so on. Unfortunately, the biblical proportion of the subject required a Tarkovsky or a Kubrick to do justice to it. The present director could only turn out a rather interesting space drama, like one of the more thoughtful Star Trek episodes​ minus the aliens.

The Movie does not contain action packed sequences and stunts..but the nature in which it has been picturized is brilliant. One can take their journey as something special and at the same time exciting. Well scripted and executed. Must Watch !!
