I've been revisiting Peanuts specials for a while now and I'm getting accustomed to how weird these things are, but it doesn't make this movie any good. It's basically 2 things revised a lot through the film (Peppermint Patty wants to vote on every decision and the bullies change signs to cheat at the race). Speaking of the race, what is going on here? About halfway through the movie they nearly forget they're in a race and stay at a cabin for a long time... mmm.. ok? 🤔

Aside from how annoying all the characters are, watching it again years later made me realize how boring and terrible this was. Also I'm really puzzled at how they managed to reference a holiday in it even though it wasn't about one at all. Seriously... Does snow and fir trees really have to be associated with Christmas? I'm tired of it.

"Peanuts: Race for Your Life Charlie Brown" is a delightful trip down memory lane, evoking a sense of nostalgia. The film successfully blends comedy and drama, effectively highlighting the importance of teamwork amidst childhood challenges. The iconic Peanuts characters shine, although some scenes feel a bit contrived. Nevertheless, the film's relaxed pacing and overall charm overshadow most criticisms. A heartwarming and enjoyable watch for fans of the beloved franchise.
