Leslie Tucker is a private investigator who is hired to look for a wealthy man's long-lost daughter. Tucker's search eventually leads him to Ellen and Mianne, two members of the decidedly unusual Prendergast Family.  After a bit of deductive reasoning, Tucker determines that either Ellen or Mianne is the man's missing child... but which one?
