A pair of abused and neglected teenage girls almost get away with murder in Perfect Sisters, a riveting true-crime thriller based on the notorious "Bathtub Girls" case. Sisters Sandra and Beth learned early in life that they had no one to depend on but each other. But when their addict mother Linda makes plans to move the girls in with her lecherous and abusive lover, the girls' situation becomes unbearable. Seeing no other way out, Sandra and Beth recruit their classmates to help them plan their mother's murder.

There is no horror to this film in all honesty. Drama, maybe, but certainly not horror. The actors were bland and were not very believable, the premise itself was pretty poor, and it felt rushed once it reached a certain point. Like halfway through they suddenly remembered they were making a movie that would have to actually end at some point. It feels like almost immediately after the mother's death, they couldn't wait to end the film. I didn't exactly enjoy sitting through this bore-fest of a movie.

Just because it happened in real life doesn't mean its horror. It wasn't at all scary to me they should of categories it drama because lets be honest the movie was more dramatic than scary .What a wast of time.😒⏳

I absolutely loved this movie!! I thought Abigail Breslin & Mira Srovino were outstanding. The scary part about it was had they not told the whole school what they did they may have gotten away with it. I think the worst punishment the sisters could've ever gotten was being separated & I think that the judge knew that. Very sad what the girls went thru but killing their mother in cold blood was wrong.
