PHIL is a dark comedic adventure about the meaning of life and what makes us truly happy. Phil (Greg Kinnear), a depressed dentist, is shocked when his patient, a man who seemed to have the perfect life, kills himself. Determined to find out what would drive a man who had everything to end his life, Phil pretends to be a handyman and integrates himself into his patient's life. How long can he keep up the double life when he is ready to end his normal one?
