En enstörig tryffeljägare lämnar tryggheten i Oregons vildmarker för att söka upp den stadsbo som stulit hans tryffelgris. I Portland finns både den han söker, och det brokiga förflutna han helst vill glömma. Nicolas Cage har prisats för sin känsliga skådespelarinsats i denna ovanliga gastro-thriller.

Notes et avis

Pig is slow-paced movie with a lovely exploratory story, less action than you mighty expect from the plot description and with some extraordinary acting efforts, both from Mr Cage himself but also ie David Knell in the restaurant visit scene. Quirky, might not be the strongest script, but an interesting journey! I just wanna stay in the peaceful woods and look at the tasty looking food!
