He runs off to join a circus, where he falls for the ringmaster's daughter Bella. Literally a robot could make a better movie. The story and animation are both stiff and uninspired. You will not regret passing this one up.

Heartwarming blockbuster of the season. The way Tibalt's name is pronounced 5 different ways through the movie was artistic genius. Pauly Shore really drives the whole movie home with his yasification of the charicter.
