Se corta constantemente el video, no es un problema de conexión porque pude ver otras películas en google play, con esta película es con la única que tengo ese problema

La pelicula no carga, las demaás aplicaiones de vídeo cargan normalmente, menos google play. Además no tiene opciones de subtitulos en ningún idioma.
