I can't stop watching these films I will never get bored but the sound keeps cutting out is anyone else having this problem

Hello I don't understand why I can't rent this instead of buying it so could that be inproved please :)

I love this film but men in black 3 is my favorite DVD sorry jack but your my second I'm a girl and I'm 10 :)
