The roguish yet charming Captain Jack Sparrow's idyllic pirate life capsizes after his nemesis, the wily Captain Barbossa, steals his ship, the Black Pearl, and later attacks the town of Port Royal, kidnapping the governor's beautiful daughter Elizabeth. In a gallant attempt to rescue her and recapture the Black Pearl, Elizabeth's childhood friend Will Turner joins forces with Jack. Strong characters are delivered by all the actors. Set, costumes and effects are top notch. Depp's Cap'in Jack is inspired! A must see!

They really shouldn't have bothered with the sequels tho. Those make you forget how good the original was.

I love this film best 2012 film ever I love it 5 stars I'm a girl and I'm 10 it is the best ever made seriously but nothing to compare with my favorite DVD men in black 3 so not actually the best
