When a nurse's aide, Samuel, saves the life of a comatose thief, he didn't think it would lead to him running for his own life, nor that of his wife and unborn child. But when the thief's henchmen take Samuel's pregnant wife hostage to force him to spring their boss from the hospital, a race through the subways and streets of Paris ensues. As the body count rises, so too does the tension, and Samuel's faith is tested when he realises that no-one - not even the cops - can help him.
