POMS is an uplifting comedy about Martha (played by Diane Keaton) a woman who moves into a retirement community and starts a cheerleading squad with her fellow residents, Sheryl (Jacki Weaver), Olive (Pam Grier) and Alice (Rhea Perlman), proving that it’s never too late to follow your dreams.

Don't know why it got a low rating but my family and I enjoyed every moment of this movie, very touching, funny, sad and inspiring. This is recommended if you want to have to good unwinding Time with the family.👌🏾

It was absolutely hysterical! My 15 year old son watched this with me and we were both laughing so hard. Truly a must see!

Great Movie " gave me a great laugh and had some tearjearker moments in it as well. have a box of cleanix and be prepaired to laugh alot and cry some also.
