POMS is an uplifting comedy about Martha (played by Diane Keaton) a woman who moves into a retirement community and starts a cheerleading squad with her fellow residents, Sheryl (Jacki Weaver), Olive (Pam Grier) and Alice (Rhea Perlman), proving that it’s never too late to follow your dreams.

A very sweet movie, you can see where the movie is going pretty easy, but its entertaining and if you dont have anything to watch, its not a bad way to spend your time

This is a good movie if taken at face value. But realistically the women are too old for this.

This movie was very entertaining and funny!!
