Robert Rodriguez presents a bold new chapter in the Predator universe. The film stars Oscar®-winner Adrien Brody (The Pianist) as Royce, a mercenary who reluctantly leads a group of elite warriors who come to realize they've been brought together on an alien planet... as prey. With the exception of a disgraced physician, they are all cold-blooded killers - mercenaries, Yakuza, convicts, death squad members - human "predators" that are now being systemically hunted and eliminated by a new breed of alien Predators.

The Sci Fi character or characters,are amazing, and cool, I cant wait to see a good director take this character to the next level and not be afraid to show em off,im thinking maybe like Tim Burton because of his love formthe darker characters and ability to show em off in a way that would shock and amaze us,he did it with batman,nightmare before Christmas, sleepy hollow, Edward Scissorhands.and more next would be predator and alien thats what everyone would love to see. Right! Lets make a world wide petition laugh out loud.

Amusing throwback to 80s-era action. Don't come in expecting any amazing filmmaking, but for a cheesy action movie, it's definitely worth the price of admission. Adrien Brody does a great job slumming it as the taciturn hero, while Laurence Fishburne's brief role is nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommended.

I'm an avid Alien and Predator fan, and while I hate to say it; this movie is pretty bad. Unfortunately It goes against a lot of Predator lore and just has pretty bad acting. There were several cringe worthy moments. The entire plot was pretty bad to start with and seems like it was directed by a cheap SyFy director with too large of a budget. I would only recommend it to hard core fans.
