Edward Norton and Colin Farrell star in this crime thriller that blurs the line between morality and duty as it asks the question: What does it mean to be loyal? In New York City, a homicide detective Ray Tierney (Norton--The Painted Veil, American History X) is assigned to investigate the precinct run by his older brother, Francis (Noah Emmerich--Little Children).
