So much different from the original story. There was nothing wrong about the original story of dastan and tahmineh. So different from true persian culture. The hole city and customs and ... were arabic or indian but not one bit like it is in persian.

Great movie, but the HD version has a glitch between 1:32:58 and 1:33:04 where the picture freezes and the sound becomes white noise. A little annoying, but not enough to ruin the rest of it.

A bit like dripping ice cream running down your hand, licking it then realising that it was actually bird poo !!!
