As the police pursue multiple leads and pressure mounts, knowing his child's life is at stake, the frantic father decides he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands. Hugh Jackman shines in this and Jake gyllenhall does a great job too and overall stellar cast. This movie is quite dark but not too scary recommend for those looking for a thriller/mystery

Great movie thoroughly recommend that you take time out and be a couch potato, because it will be so worth watching it has all the right mix of actors who carry it off brilliantly.

Over 5 years later and it still packs a punch. 'Prisoners' will have you invested with its thrilling premise, raw performances and an overall grit that will take hold and not let go.
