I wouldn't recommend this to someone looking for an action flick. It's slow. I'm pretty certain the writer does not know much about guns. There is a scene in the beginning where the heroin shoots the lock to an apartment door before walking in on her unaware victim. Even though the shooter was using a silencer, the door would have resonated the bullets impact on the lock like a cannon. I knew the story was in trouble right from that point. It's not a total bomb of a movie, but it's close.

WHAAAAAT?!?!? I just watched a movie about an EMPLOYEE (Mary) WHO GOES
POSTAL AND KILLS HER BOSS AND ALL HER CO WORKERS. Spoiler Alert...she kills
everyone. She kills the bad guys. She kills the innocent dude jogging
(trying to cover up HER OWN MISTAKE). She kills her ex boyfriend (WHO STILL
LOVES AND CARES ABOUT HER). She kills her step dad (WHO GOT HER OFF THE
STREETS). She kills her ENTIRE FAMILY THAT ADOPTED HER. She even kills the
boys dad. OMG...SHE KILLS LITERALLY EVERYONE IN THIS MOVIE THAT LOVED HER
AND CARED ABOUT HER!!! $100 SAYS IN THE 2ND FILM SHE WILL END UP KILLING
THE BOY TOO. Why not...she killed everyone else she knew. LOL, movie should
be called "Menopause Postal Psycho Mary". I was hoping Mary was going to
die in the film. This kid better watch his back with NUT JOB MARY. ps...can
you image Mary going to get a new job at McDonalds and the manager asks on
the application...what happened at your last job? Mary replies, "Even
though I was making excellent money, I was a high ranking officer, I had my
own schedule and flexible hours, a beautiful house... I got tired at what I
did best....SO I KILLED MY LAST BOSS AND ALL MY COWORKERS"!!! SERIOUSLY
THIS MOVIE WAS STUPID!!! LOL...AND YOUR TELLING ME THE KID LOVES MARY????
MARY KILLED THE BOYS FATHER!!! MARY IS THE REASON WHY THIS KID LOST HIS
HOME, XBOX, AND IS LIVING ON THE STREETS GETTING ROBBED AND BEATEN.
LOL....IF ANYTHING THIS BOY WOULD WANT TO KILL MARY TOO!!! This movie was
so sick and stupid.

Taraji, the best! But could not save this film. It was rush, lack story development between Mary and the young boy. (as to why she felt so compelled to give up everything) rushed sumarizations. The end was the best scene. The editing took away the soul and understanding of the movie. With all of this talent in these actors; Margaret Avery, Taraji P. Henson, Danny Glover, Neal McDonough ect; Come on now!!!... the producers and director failed miserably. Face it. It was poorly executed, and the story line needed improvement!
