This movie was a wild ride. The tension can cut deep, but it does it smoothly and clean. It has a lot to say, and Daveed + Rafael say it brilliantly. Won't be for everyone, but that's okay. Not everything is made for everyone, but either way it doesn't take away that it was still a brilliant movie. Acting was top notch, comedy was on point, and it was real as hell, even if you don't come from where they do, or live in it somewhere else.

You won't find any movie other than 8 mile or Blindspoting rapping or some kind of Poetry. Miles and Colin one black and one white from different backgrounds come together. Colin, black man questions why his friend Miles, white didn't help him when he was dealing with police brutality and it's because of his "White Privilege" which they later address. The movie may offend the listener in some way so hang onto your seat!

That was pretty cool. If you get uncomfortable having conversations about race, if you already have your mind made up about communities of POC's than perhaps this isn't for you. Avoid it at all costs, however if you want to laugh at yourself and get an insight into urban POC communities...this is the ticket!
