When recently divorced Edgar (Thomas Lennon – Reno 911) returns to his childhood home to start rebuilding his life, he finds a nefarious looking puppet in his deceased brother’s room. Deciding to sell the doll for some quick cash, Edgar, girl-next-door Ashley and his comic shop-owning pal Markowitz travel to a convention celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the infamous Toulon Murders, in the hopes of making a sale. All hell breaks loose when a strange force animates the puppets at the convention, sending them on a bloody killing spree.
