Prince plays struggling Minneapolis musician The Kidd in this semi-autobiographical rock drama, with AWESOME music by Prince and the Revolution, The Time and Apollonia 6. Eminem basically ripped it off note-for-note when he did 8-Mile, lol

I loved it... all my favourite prince songs, plus added drama through the plot

Probably pretty close to Princes real life
