After years of concerning herself exclusively with the needs and wants of her husband and sons, Agnes has found something that she wants to do: puzzling. Stepping out of her domestic bubble to pursue her new hobby, Agnes meets Robert, a wealthy, reclusive inventor who recruits her as his partner for an upcoming world jigsaw tournament. Each day she spends out in the world takes Agnes further along on the road to a new understanding of herself.

I appreciate the complexity of relationships portrayed in the film. Agnes' journey of self-discovery is painful, and joyful, and successful, even though the ending is unsatisfactory. A lot like life. I have friends who love jigsaw puzzles, and I have a great appreciation after this beautifully made film.

I love the title..Puzzle. It's perfect. Life is so random & we don't have control over it ...we just try our best to put the pieces together so it makes sense. And somehow the pieces fit together & form our lives..somewhat tragic yet also very beautiful.

Wonderfully done. Watching the female lead, quiet and strong, come into her own, moving from one jailer and recognizing another. Then to do her thing..... alone. Real personal growth. You could literally see her voice getting louder and moving outward.
