The protagonist of the film is Birsa, whose eyes are the point of view of the film. He is a mental patient, whose only friend is a mysterious old man named Kumar John, with both of them staying in an asylum that houses more than 2000 of them, while employing just 40 workers. Furthermore, it seems that something strange has been happening in the place, as patients frequently disappear, in a series of events that involve a mysterious entity that everyone seems to be afraid of, and is called Rakkhosh (demon).

This kind of work had been undone since lots of year in bollywood...but now time has come to change whole scenerio of bollywood horror movies...this movie purely stand on act and outstanding direction... Great work.keep it up

India's first complete 1st person POV movie shot from the point of view of a schizophrenic person who is in a mental asylum from where patients are disappearing. A who-done-it of its own kind. Must watch.

A mind-bending film. I had't seen anything else like this before, a must watch.
