Ramanunni (Dileep), who was the MLA of a revolutionary party, crosses over to the opposition as their candidate for the by-election. He procures a revolver and when one of his arch-enemies is gunned down, Ramanunni becomes the suspect. What measures that the protagonist take to wriggle out of the wrangle forms the rest of the plot.
