Actor was good, but the whole movie is so very depressing. Such a negative view of things and to awaken humanity he has turned into one sick individual. Sad outlook on life. If you want to keep a good view of the world, by no means watch this pathetic outlook on life. Very depressing, the man is a psychiopath.

This film made a great attempt at continuing upon the story of the original movie, simply called Rampage, it more so showed the extent this extremist character is willing to go to for his cause

Movie is really good and has alot of points,based on the way the world is today.reducing population?its going to happen sometime soon.I believe it honestly.sometime and somehow.
