Bill Williamson is back in the final chapter of the Rampage Trilogy. In part 2 he said we need to Kill the Rich and Rip Washington Apart and this is exactly what he is doing in President Down. He shoots the President of the USA and the biggest manhunt in the history of America starts and ends in a spectacular showdown. Nonstop action is guaranteed in this thriller about domestic terrorism.

The first movie was great and had a story line that flowed. This movie completely missed the mark in every area! Choppy story line, hard to follow, HORRIBLE acting by all supporting actors. OMG were they terrible. I wish I could get my money back. I am one that will watch a good movie over and over but I cannot imagine why I would ever watch this movie a second time.

Recommend for Rampage fans. Not the finale I was hoping for. Lots of gaps and lacks the action the previous two movies packed. Really slow... Unexpected ending.

I have watched the first two, but this one definitely was a great finale. The message is so grounded in reality, and emotionally impacting. Uwe maybe a terrible director but the Rampage films are his masterpieces and legacy. Definitely a thought provoking and great ending to a controversial trilogy.
