Rango was one of those films that makes you think after you watch them. It made me have a mini existential crisis three quartets of the way through! In a way, I think this movie is more funny for adults than kids, as there are loads if subtle jokes for adults, as well as loads for people of all ages. Beautifully animated, and with a simple but good plot, Rango is well with buying.

Much like The Simpsons this is supposedly a kid's film that works on many, many levels, most of them really cheeky and rude. A straightforward Western plot (crossed with Chinatown believe it or not), but deconstructed to the nth degree. But that's the point. Excellent cast, razor sharp trippy visuals, brilliant music and VERY funny.

It was really fun and inspiring watching this movie.. In fact you won't regret using your time to watch Rango if you haven't watched already
