I was 14 when this movie came out and was such an inspiration to me Ray Charles is one of my hero's growing up and helped push and teach me to be the musician I am today. They couldn't have found a better actor to represent such an iconic and historical man. The fact he had a scholarship in playing piano and getting to work with ray made his performance flawless. Yes he is actually playing the piano in this movie!!!!

What an incredible story, I never knew or would of even guessed that his life was like that. His poor wife, he put her through hell.

THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE EVER! JAMIE DID HIS THING, A HELLUVA PERFORMANCE. THIS MOVIE WILL ALWAYS BE A HIT. 💯
