Jack Hudson
What if... an author of vampire books met a real vampire? I was interested in Red Snow based on its rotten tomatoes score and the trailer. PROS: It's very creative and original, especially for its modest budget. The main actress is perfectly cast as the kooky shut-in author of vampire books and you get invested in this outrageous story very quickly thanks to her efforts. The rest of the cast is pretty solid too and there's some inventive twists on vampires to be found here. CONS: Fans of self-serious horror will be turned off by the knowing winks to the genre and at times this feels more like a comedy than a horror film. There isn't a ton of gore in the first half (an early kill happens frustratingly off camera), but then it really lets loose once all the nasty vampires show up.

Not a bad vampire movie...This movie kept the original values of things that are harmful to vampires, Garlic, Holy Water, Cross, Steak to the heart. This is what I really like about this movie. Give this movie a chance, It very well can be a likable movie. I rate this movie 7 1/2.
Ridley Lupton
A cute writer in a cozy Christmas cottage gets to meet the man of her dreams, but there's a catch... he's a bloodthirsty vampire. Horrific and darkly comical antics ensue. A very fun and fast-paced romp if you don't mind the low budget trappings.
