At its core, this is a decent and sometimes clever spy movie that's at its best when it's being a spy movie. I enjoyed those parts a lot! What I didn't enjoy, were the many occasions where the movie was gratuitous torture porn and rape. It's not shocking, it's not entertaining it's just very uncomfortable to watch. Not entirely sold on the Russian accents either.

This movie is amazing! I don't get the negative reviews... It was intense, dramatic and a fantastic spy movie. Gripping tale of a young woman thrown into a world she didn't imagine herself in. And instead of fight scenes that do not make sense, this movies shows a brilliant mental chess player, moving all the pieces right where she wants them! Absolutely brilliant!

This movie seems to be underrated. It is unlike most mass produced spy films. It is not a family friendly movie so don't watch it with your kids. But it is a dark toned spy drama with some enjoyable plot twists.
